Savanna is currently seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join the Savanna Team to lead our Projects Team with getting our Rigs ready to go out to the field in a timely manner.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, time, and budget. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
To apply, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' project management experience, preferably in an industrial or operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Gantt Charts.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Project Management Practice desirable.
What you'll be doing:
Project Planning:
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed.
- Develop schedules and methods for measuring results.
- Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project.
Project Execution:
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Manage project staff, including project coordinators and other team members.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to project team members.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for project-related issues and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Ensure project results meet quality standards and client expectations.
