Due to an internal promotion Savanna is seeking an experienced Receptionist (Admin Support) to join the business to be the first point of contact for enquiries from the public and provide administrative support to accounts team and other area of the business as required.

To apply, you should have:
- Diploma/Certificate in Administration
- A minimum of 2 years' related experience in administration and reception duties
- Advanced skills using the Microsoft Suite
- Experience in supporting a business with administration
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Accounts Payable and/or Accounts payable experience desirable
What you'll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the right place
- Greet persons entering the business and direct queries to the required department
- Sort mail and deliveries and sign where necessary
- Schedule appointments, meetings, agendas and catering
- Book accommodation and travel on behalf of the business
- Organise functions from start to finish
- General upkeep of the shared spaces and ensure our cleaning contractors are providing a high level of service
- Administrative assistance where required including letters, phone directory and filing
- Assisting the accounts team with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Payable.
