To apply, you should have:
- Minimum qualification level of Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. Diploma in Work Health & Safety highly regarded.
- 3 years' experience within a HSE type role or be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Risk Management practices and Incident Investigation techniques within a heavy industry
- Knowledge of behaviour-based programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
What you'll be doing:
- Under the direction of the HSE Manager and HSE Leads, you will be working a 14 days on and 14 days off roster, with your back to back and will be the frontline day to day focal point for HSE across drilling, well servicing and transport activities
- Conduct, and participate in the Control Effectiveness Audits as per the Audit and Inspection Schedule
- Provide coaching and direction on the Savanna Assist and Assure program including facilitating the Assure Audits
- Provide investigation facilitation expertise for incidents across the business
- Provide risk management coaching to support sound decision making at the shift supervision levels.
