About the Role
The Rig Move Driver is responsible for the safe movement and coordination of all Savanna rig moves.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- General operation of trucks to move rig equipment between leases.
- Complete Route assessments as required.
- Assess all load restraint equipment for fatigue and or serviceability.
- Comply with Weed Dec regulations and keep vehicles clean and free of contaminants.
- NHVAS Awareness compliance.
- Monitor equipment repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Have contact with rig crew on a daily basis.
- Receive directions and overall supervision from the Rig Move Manager.
About you
- Current MC License
- Experience operating Road Trains/B-Doubles. Preference of a minimum of 2 years experience
- Previous coal seam gas (on-shore) industry experience; (preferred however, not essential)
- DCGI or ISI Certificate (preferred however, not essential)
